Placing an order

To place an order you must take the following steps:

• 1. Choose your favorite piece of art.
• 2. Click on the "Add cart" button.
• 3. Provide your details.
• 4. Click the "Place an order" button.

After completing the application, our manager will contact you to confirm the order.

Payment Methods

Payment is made only on the website.

After clicking the “Place an order” button, you will be redirected to a special secure payment page of the bePaid processing system.

The payment page will indicate the order number and payment amount. To pay, you need to enter your card details and confirm the payment by clicking the “Pay” button.

If your card supports 3-D Secure technology, the system will ask you to go through a standard one-minute cardholder verification procedure on the page of your bank (the bank that issued your card).

Please note that after the payment has been made, a confirmation of payment will be sent to the email address you provided. We ask you to save your payment details.

Payments by bank cards are made through the bePaid electronic payment system. The payment page of the bePaid system meets all data transmission security requirements (PCI DSS Level 1). All confidential data is stored in encrypted form and is highly resistant to hacking. Access to authorization pages is carried out using a protocol that ensures secure data transmission on the Internet (SSL/TLS).

Refund

You can cancel your order before it is sent to the delivery service by notifying the manager by phone +375293657000 or sending an email to ae.gallery.art@gmail.com.

Refunds are made to the card from which the payment was made. The period for receipt of funds on the card is from 1 to 30 days from the date of return.
